• Step 1. Place an order for the amount of pants needed for a first-time purchase or select "Reorder" to order more existing custom pants. Add the total number of pants needed to the cart (minimum of 5 required for new orders, no minimum for reorders) and then complete payment. If you are unsure on the quantities needed or just want to get started on the design process, please place a refundable order for . 
• Step 2. Our expert designer will email you within 1 business day to begin the designing process. They will send you a roster form to fill out the pant sizes and details. The designing timeline usually takes 1-3 days to complete depending on the scope of the design needed. 
• Step 3. Once you have approved the design and sent us the player list your order is submitted to production. Turnaround time is typically 4-5 weeks for normal orders and 1-3 weeks for rush orders. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment progress.
